Customer Self-Service
Customers manage their own subscriptions from My Account → Subscriptions on your WooCommerce store — no support ticket required.
Available actions
Section titled “Available actions”| Action | Detail |

| View | All subscriptions with status, next payment, amount, and the bound license + devices. |
| Pause / Resume | Self-pause (on-hold) and resume, if the store allows it. |
| Cancel | Immediately, or at period end (pending-cancel). |
| Change payment method | Swap the saved WooCommerce payment token used for renewals. |
| Renew early / Resubscribe | Pay now to extend, or restart an expired subscription. |
Each action keeps the bound license in sync — pausing suspends the license, cancelling revokes it, resuming reactivates it.
My Account → Licenses
Section titled “My Account → Licenses”A companion tab lets customers view their license keys, see the devices using each key, and self-deactivate a seat to free it for another machine.
Endpoints
Section titled “Endpoints”The portal adds two My Account endpoints: wplm-licenses and
wplm-subscriptions. If they 404 after activation, visit Settings →
Permalinks and click Save once to flush rewrite rules.
